Reservation Policies

At the time of booking we collect a downpayment of 50% of the total reservation cost to secure your reservation. Please note that this is a non-refundable payment. Cancellation fee for any cancelled nights is 50%.

Payment can be made through Credit Card, Pay Pal, Cash (on-site) or Bank Transfer (from Panamanian Bank Accounts only).

In order to be able to contact you in regards of your reservation we collect some personal details at the time of booking like your full name, email adress and telefone number. We take your privacy seriously and won’t share these details with any third parties.

We do not permit excessive noice and ask all of our guests to be considerate of other guests.
